Refund policy

At QYDOS we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make. However, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

We understand that there may be instances where you receive a damaged or defective item. If this happens, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order at +91 9654676459. It is advisable to capture unboxing video to claim. Kindly include a photograph of the damaged product along with its original packaging. Upon approval, we will arrange for the collection of the damaged item and will replace it.

Please Note: If the product is damaged and the customer prefers a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days after approval. This time frame allows for processing and crediting the refunded amount to the customer's bank account.


Cancellation Policy:

An order can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it.

Please Note: A processing fee of 4% of the order value will be deducted from the refund.

Once the order has been given for personalization or has been shipped from our office, it CANNOT be cancelled.
