  • Standard delivery time is 7 days from the date of order dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or natural disasters.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a specified amount as per ongoing promotions.

6. Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the courier.
